  • Quit smoking cigarettes/nicotine
  • Quit drinking soda for a year straight
  • Quit alcohol/going to the bar
  • Quit purchasing lottery tickets
  • Read 50 books
  • Began journaling every day
  • Started doing Voiceover work
  • Delivered 3rd child (Dean)
  • Started drinking 3 liters of water every day
  • Cut sodium intake down to a healthy amount daily
  • Reversed kidney damage
  • Started meditating every day
  • Spoke about my anxiety to a therapist
  • Changed 3 random peoples’ flat tires
  • Became & maintained the “#1 Drain technician” for 3 consecutive months 
  • Brought A1C down to that of a normal person
  • Donated most of my wardrobe to charity
  • Started better job/stood up to the old boss
  • Remodeled our first room (demo/floor/wall)
  • Started taking daily vitamins
  • Started investing
  • Called and paid off collections debt (medical bills)
  • Started checking sugar levels from once to 6 times daily
  • Began regularly checking blood pressure
  • Created a website with my name attached to it
  • Married the love of my life
