Ever since speaking with a counselor about my anxiety, and reading about Sadhguru and Eckart Tolle, and 

learning how to observe my thoughts and be present in the now… I have had the most noticeable progression that I’ve ever had with anything. 

 

It started off when 1st meeting with Dr. W and listening to Sadhguru. I was in complete bliss for an entire week straight. I could not get mad and/or sad, anything that happened I saw as a blessing, I genuinely wanted to meditate just because. I wanted everyone around me to feel the exact same way. This is what I would call a glimse into enlightenment. 

 

Then, after assuming this would never end, my vision got a little blurry, so I happened to check my blood pressure on that Saturday (since I was already aware of having high blood pressure) and it was really high, which I attributed to the blood pressure, and over the next couple of days, I slowly eased out of my enlightened state 

which ended up worrying me because, at that point, I started to assume I was going to go right back to my old, anxiety-driven self which scared the living crap out of me…

 

BUT, 

 

Incredibly… Since then, I have not been in full panic mode 1 single time! I came to the realization that no matter what, I can’t unlearn what I’ve just learned and anytime I start to get anxious I’m able to rid myself of it because of my experiences and all I’ve learned. The anxiety I feel sometimes is NOT the anxiety I use to feel and deal with.

 

I don’t allow it to take up even 1/100th of my day when, before all of this progress and learning… it would take up at least 1/3rd of my day!

 

I’m truly so thankful for the observational skills and awareness that I now have, it has been life changing and for the 1st time in my life… I know where I’m headed.

 

These Things Changed My Life

 

Breathing in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts. This slows your heart rate down! Not a suggestion, this is a fact!! Know that.

 

Meditating for 15-30 minutes daily. Keep this in mind, once you hit 40 hours of meditating you have with 100% certainty, re-wired your brain to let thoughts go easier. This has been scientifically proven thousands of times!!

 

Observe your thoughts and your feelings! If you’re aware that you have a thought or feeling, then your brain understands that and you immediately disassociate with it and it dissolves! Do this until you’re fully aware it’s working. Once you see the progress, you will never stop. The more you do, the better and faster the change!!
