Journal Entry 8/23/20

This was a great week. I set a whole bunch of goals and smashed all of them. It’s my first time setting goals and deliberately going out of my way to achieve them.

This week I showed courage by standing up for someone (the car incident). I called my debt collectors and paid off 2 of my debts (I’ve been ignoring them for years) I negotiated and inquired on purchasing the home from my landlord. I told my boss that I wanted a promotion and told him why I deserve the position (discovered  I was the lead tech after this call).

This week I also changed 2 peoples tire’s, read (2) 10-hour books, and learned a lot from them Jim Rohn Audible Collection and The Power of Habit)

I also took my family to the zoo and we had a great time, not to mention the walks we’ve all been doing. Also, I operated a backhoe for the first time, donated clothes and shoes, and started an online sales class. I’ve been checking my BG, keeping up with it and I’ve also quit drinking soda! I’m drinking 2 liters of water a day and have started thanking God on a daily basis. This has been the most productive week I’ve ever had in my life!

I never knew that I could feel this way by simply setting goals and achieving them. I’ve never been more proud of myself. I’m so excited to see what the future holds for me and my family! While I sit here wring this, I’m checking off yet another goal. Congratulations, Mason.
